Zohra Tadjene

Zohra Tadjene will carry the Olympic Torch. This is her story:

As devoted volunteer, Zohra devotes a large part of her time to promoting and developing participation in sport in her region. She has been an educational psychologist in schools in France for more than 20 years, guiding pupils at junior and senior high school level, as well as those in vulnerable situations.

As well as imparting knowledge, Zohra instils values such as fair play, team spirit and the desire to surpass oneself in those who need it. Her commitment to children, her spirit of initiative, her social devotion and her ability to bring people together make her a role model for those who aspire to bring about significant change in the world through modest but impactful actions.
