Stéphane Goudou will carry the Olympic Torch. This is his history:

Stéphane is a volunteer with a big heart, able to rally a whole team behind him while instilling them with the confidence and motivation to excel. He is a former Paralympic wheelchair tennis champion and coached the French para-tennis teams at the London and Rio Paralympic Games.

At present, he devotes his time to raising awareness of disability issues in businesses. As head of para-tennis in the Centre region’s league as well as director of the para-tennis open in the Loiret, which has become an ITF2 tournament this year, he has helped to make this event one of the most prestigious in wheelchair tennis. Stéphane excels at highlighting athletes’ talent and putting them in the spotlight.
