Rilana Thicot will carry the Olympic Torch. Here’s her story:

Rilana wants to share her love and passion for sport, and her determination to push herself beyond her limits. Though visually impaired, she has retained this sense of determination and pride as a para-athlete. With her remarkable strength of character, Rilana is prepared to encourage and support anyone with a disability, whether visible or invisible, along their path towards sport.
