Jonathan Souillart

Jonathan Souillart will carry the Olympic torch. This is his story:

Jonathan is deeply honoured to be an Olympic torchbearer and play a part in this extraordinary event. Driven by a deep passion, he steps up every day as a leader within the Corrèze community, aiming to strengthen the ties between hosts on a peer-to-peer property rental app and the region.

This includes shops, artisans, service providers and tourist offices. Together, they create a community that gives local tourism the love it deserves. Attuned to its environment and the splendour of the nearby countryside, the community brings people of all ages and origins together. Jonathan, who has been disabled since the age of 7, has learned the true meaning of resilience and perseverance through more than 15 years of rehabilitation. With the unwavering support of his loving family, he has no doubt that, with enough determination, anything is possible.
