Jean-François Otter will carry the Olympic Torch. This is his story:

Since Jean-François took over a biscuit factory in 2017, the company’s turnover has increased more than twofold. Its success has been recognised by the Stars & Métiers award handed out by French crafts and trades body Chambre des Métiers et de l'Artisanat. Furthermore, this SMB’s commitment to Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) has received approval from regional food company association AREA (Association Régionale des Entreprises Alimentaires) in Normandy, demonstrating its commitment to making a positive contribution to society and to the environment.
