Farah Ali Hassan will carry the Olympic Torch. This is her story:
Farah, a lover of triathlons, a sport which is still developing in the Middle East, trains hard every day and takes part in local competitions in the United Arab Emirates as well as international Ironman events. The sport has taught her invaluable lessons that she applies in both her private life and career, including patience, resilience, hard work, humility and teamwork. These values have had a profound influence on her vision of life. Attending the Olympic Games has always been a dream for Farah, and doing so while representing her company Cisco, a partner of the Paris 2024 Games, has increased her motivation tenfold.

The Olympic Games symbolise the culmination of years of hard work, sacrifice and determination for athletes around the world. As a triathlete, Farah fully understands the dedication and commitment required to excel in any sport. Witnessing the extraordinary performances of the athletes on the Olympic stage is not only impressive, but also deeply motivating for her. The passion and resilience shown by Olympic athletes is a constant reminder of what is possible when people push their perceived limits, fuelling their desire to push boundaries in all aspects of their lives. Farah has always been driven by a great curiosity to discover other cultures.
