Fabrice, a dedicated sailor, is at the forefront of the fight for professional and social inclusion for people with disabilities. In 2022, he made history as the first skipper with a prosthetic knee to complete the Route du Rhum — Destination Guadeloupe.

The Department of Ille-et-Vilaine has stood as Fabrice's main partner, backing his sporting endeavour and promoting inclusive principles. His establishment of the organisation Team Vent Debout underscores his commitment to advocating for people with disabilities. As an Olympic torchbearer, he aims to shift perceptions surrounding disability.
