Emilie Plé 

Émilie Plé will carry the Olympic torch. This is her story:

Émilie has been working in Dordogne for 13 years with children with motor disabilities. No matter the specifics of their disabilities, she strives to instil in them a taste for sports adapted to their abilities. She has practised a wide range of sports since forever: tennis, track and field, taekwondo, badminton, rock climbing…

Not to mention the sport that shaped her as a person and helped her to grow, heptathlon, a friendly sport where team spirit is king despite the intensity of the effort.
