Benoit Lambert

Benoit Lambert will carry the Olympic Torch. This is his story:

As a sportsperson from an early age, both competitively and as a hobby, Benoit has always been captivated by the Olympic Games, whether as a young spectator at the Albertville Winter Games or as an avid television viewer of the more recent events.

Benoit is the chairman of a sports association that promotes healthy sport and he sees carrying the Olympic Torch as an honour and a way of contributing to the event in his own way. The values of respect and excellence that he has acquired through his various sporting experiences correspond, in his opinion, to the image conveyed by the Games, as well as those promoted within his company.
