The Diamond League 2023 season will conclude with the finals at Eugene, the USA, on September 16 and 17.

In his previous Diamond League outing in Silesia, Poland, back in July, the 28-year-old Sable breached the Paris 2024 Olympics entry standards after finishing sixth with a time of 8.11:63s.
Earlier, the Indian athlete finished 10th at the Rabat leg before finishing in the top five in Stockholm in July.
Sable is currently tied at 10th place in the Diamond League 2023 men’s 3000m steeplechase rankings with seven points. Athletes are awarded points for their performances at each Diamond League meet. The top six in each event qualify for the final. The winner of the final in each event receives a Diamond League trophy.
