The 2023/24 World Rugby Sevens Series, also known as SVNS, rolls into Perth, Australia for its third stop, 26-28 January.
Australia sit atop the women's standings going into their home event, and are aiming for a hat-trick of tournament wins following their impressive victories in Dubai and Cape Town.
Expect Maddison Levi to continue her impressive try-scoring form on the wing for the Rio 2016 Olympic champions.
There will receive a stern challenge from reigning series champion New Zealand, who are currently third overall and will look to offset the loss of influential captain Sarah Hirini, by welcoming back World Rugby Women's Sevens Player of the Year 2023 Tyla King (née Nathan-Wong).
France, second overall, will provide a constant threat as they look to go for a third-successive top-three finish in Olympic year.
Series leaders Argentina begin as favourites for the men's title in Perth, having sensationally won in Cape Town and took silver in Dubai.
The South American powerhouse's star is 2021 Player of the Year Marcos Moneta, who is once again dazzling opposition with his blistering pace.
However, the men’s SVNS title race is wide open with the Pumas, South Africa, Fiji, New Zealand, Ireland and hosts Australia all sit within six points of each other.
Watch out for returning USA star Perry Baker, while Henry Hutchinson will provide a much-needed boost for the home team.
