India and Australia had clashed in the final of the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Melbourne. The hosts won the match by 85 runs.
Australia, the No. 1 women’s T20 cricket team in the world, have won the T20 World Cup on five occasions in the seven editions held so far. India, ranked fourth, reached the final on only one occasion.
