Several of the world’s top squash players will compete for the 2024 Singapore Open title from 19-24 November at the OCBC Arena.

Back for the third consecutive year, the gold-level PSA event will feature 24 players in both the men’s and women’s competitions.

Egyptian stars Ali Farag and Hania El Hammamy are the men's and women's top seeds respectively. Still, they will have to be at their best to win a tournament including several other world champions and top-ranked players on both sides of the draw.

Below, we take a closer look at the players to look out for, the full schedule, and where to watch the action.

2024 Singapore Open - Athletes to watch

It's been a roller-coaster season thus far for Ali Farag, but the four-time world champion appears to have found his rhythm lately.

The Egyptian sealed his first PSA Tour victory this season in last month's U.S. Open and will look to further close the gap on Road to Tour Finals leader Mostafa Asal in Singapore.

Having lost to Farag in the U.S. Open final and last year's Singapore Open final, reigning world champion Diego Elias from Peru will no doubt be out for revenge. New Zealand's second seed Paul Coll is another strong name to watch in the men's competition.

On the women's side, World No. 3 Hania El Hammamy is the top seed for good reason.

The Egyptian, known for her feats of athleticism, has been a regular feature in the final four of the most prestigious events.

She will compete against a stacked lineup that also includes Belgian returning champion Nele Coll and her compatriot Tinne Gilis as the second and third seeds respectively, while Malaysia rising star Siva Subramaniam will be in the hunt for another title.

The tournament will also feature four Singaporean wildcard entries including eight-time national champion Samuel Kang and seven-time national champion Au Yeong Wai Yhann.
