The night owls among fans of the Premier League in India witnessed Liverpool lifting their first title when Manchester City fell 2-1 to Chelsea in the early hours of Friday.
It was a victory long coming and the Cityzens will now host the champions-elect at the Etihad Stadium on Friday, July 3 in matchweek 32 of the Premier League. You can watch the match live.
While the blockbuster fixture is still a week away, matchweek 32 will kick-off on Saturday, June 27 when Aston Villa take on Wolves, with the latter chasing a spot in the top-five and possibly play in Europe next season.
Fans of the Premier League in India can look forward to four matches to watch live on TV and live streaming on Wednesday, July 1.
Manchester United, who recorded a 3-0 win last time against Sheffield courtesy Anthony Martial’s hat-trick, their first in the Premier League since 2013, travel to the Amex Stadium to play Brighton.
The Red Devils are still five points away from the top-four, entry to which will guarantee them a spot in the Champions League next season, but they have Wolves, who are level on points with them, hot on their tail.
Former Premier League champions Arsenal, who got back to winning ways against Southampton, will want to continue that run against Norwich City at home at the Emirates Stadium.
Meanwhile, third-placed Leicester City travel to Goodison Park to face Everton and they will be looking to ward off Chelsea, who are just a point behind and looking to enter the top-three.
The Blues have a good chance to keep the heat on Leicester when they make a short bus ride to play fellow Londoners West Ham.
Sheffield United will host Tottenham Hotspur as both sides, placed eighth and seventh respectively, look to improve their positions.
