We're approaching the business end of the 2022-23 figure skating season.
This week (9-12 February) the top skaters in the world from outside of Europe descend on Colorado Springs for the ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championships.
Four Continents marks the final major event ahead of next month's World Championships, set to be held in Saitama, Japan. Two weeks ago, Europe crowned its champions in Espoo, Finland.
It's a varied field in Colorado, with top stars including Uno Shoma, Ilia Malinin and Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier opting out. But competition remains fierce, with Isabeau Levito, Watanabe Rinka, Miura Riku and Kihara Ryuichi (pictured above) as well as Madison Chock and Evan Bates all set to feature.
