Day seven of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games will see plenty of Australia's star swimmers back in the water.
The only medal opportunity comes in the shape of multiple Olympic medallists Cate Campbell and Emma McKeon, who line up in adjacent lanes in the women's 100m freestyle final.
Both athletes have already won gold at these Games already as part of the world-record breaking Australian women's 4x100m freestyle relay team. Now, they could add an individual title.
For Campbell, it's a chance at redemption after a small mistake in the Rio 2016 final saw the then gold medal favourite fade into fourth place.
McKeown on the other hand smashed the 100m free Olympic record in qualifying and as such will be quietly confident of the win.
Who should you keep an eye and how should you follow their them in action? Read on for more.
