Real Madrid beat Saudi champions Al-Hilal 5-3 to secure their fifth FIFA Club World Cup title in Rabat on Saturday (11 February).
Brazilian forward Vinicius Jr and Uruguayan midfielder Federico Valverde each scored twice, with Karim Benzema also finding the net, as the UEFA Champions League holders made it five victories from six appearances at the tournament.
Vinicius Jr was also named player of the tournament, receiving the FIFA Club World Cup Morocco 2022 Golden Ball.
The Spanish football giants entered at the semi-final stage, defeating Egypt's Al Ahly 4-1 to book their place in the final.
There was a shock in the other semi-final as Al-Hilal put out Copa Libertadores champions Flamengo 3-2.
The Brazilians took third place, beating Al Ahly 4-2 in a match which was switched to Tangier in order to protect the pitch at Rabat's Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium for the final.
