Jessie Diggins is back to defend her overall world title in the 2024-25 Cross-Country World Cup, which begins on 29 November.

The defending women's cross-country skiing champion in both the overall and sprint disciplines is back for more and looking to earn ranking points towards a berth for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.*

Diggins said ahead of the season start, "I feel like I'm actually sitting here as a different, stronger version of myself. I feel like being vulnerable has actually let me connect in a very different way with a lot of people in this community. I've had to learn a lot and rebuild myself - and my mind. And I feel like I'm coming back in a much stronger place."

The American begins her title defence in Ruka, Finland, on 29 November 2024, before she returns to Tour de Ski action in pursuit of a third title between 28 December 2024-5 January 2025.
