The 2024 beach volleyball season came to a climactic conclusion at the Beach Pro Tour Finals (4-7 December 2024) in Doha, Qatar.
Norway’s Anders Bernt Mol and Christian Sorum reclaimed the men’s title with Kristen Nuss and Taryn Kloth successfully defending their women’s crown.
The Beach Pro Tour Finals was the last stop in an exhilarating elite-level global campaign, which included a memorable few weeks in France for the Olympic Games Paris 2024.
Both sets of Olympic champions were looking to cap off the perfect year by adding the Beach Pro Tour (BPT) Finals title to their gold medals.

2024 Beach Pro Tour Finals – format and schedule
The men’s and women’s competitions follow the same format and lineup of 10 teams apiece. They are split into two pools of five, where they will play a round-robin format to reach the knockout stages.
Only the respective pool winners will go straight into the semi-finals, while second and third-placed teams must first progress through the quarter-finals to reach the final four.
The tournament begins on Wednesday, 4 December with the men’s and women’s finals taking place back-to-back on Saturday, 7 December.

The 2024 BPT Finals will be broadcast worldwide on VBTV, though as per FIVB, the international federation, “Some content may vary by location due to local television broadcast restrictions.”
