Ever wondered what goes into learning a figure skating routine?
Ashley Wagner, an Olympic team bronze medallist for Team USA at Sochi 2014, wants to show you.
The 2016 World Championships silver medallist, who became the first American woman to make the Worlds podium in 10 years when she achieved the feat on home ice in Boston, is sharing the choreography that led her to that medal with you.
Don't worry, no skating – or dancing – skills are required. All Wagner asks is you just have "some reckless confidence and a can-do attitude".
You can learn the steps to her medal-winning routine as part of the IOC Worldwide Olympic Partner Airbnb's Olympian and Paralympian Online Experiences.
In Wagner's words: "Get ready to move and groove".
Experience figure skating choreography
Wagner competed in figure skating for 23 years, from the age of five until her formal retirement in summer 2019 aged 28.
During her senior career, which began in 2007, she won a Four Continents title in Colorado Springs in 2012, three Grand Prix Final medals, and had 14 other top-three Grand Prix finishes. She was also a three-time national champion, winning in 2012, 2013, and 2015.
A perfect person to learn from, then.
While no skating experience is needed, get ready to feel like one, as Wagner says the experience "will start off with a proper figure skater warm-up".
There will also be an opportunity for attendees to hear stories from the 29-year-old, as she promises to "talk you through my Olympic journey".
In the hour-long sessions, Wagner will also impart her advice on being confident, both on the ice and in real life.
"Get ready for shoulder shimmies and some hair whips!"
