Ruud Gerbens LEEGSTRA

Ruurd Leegstra, a student of nautical engineering, was a crewman of the Minerva eight that competed at the 1900 Olympics and placed third. Leegstra was born in the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia), and lived there for much of his life.
