Radim NYC

During his career, Radim Nyč competed at two Olympic Games (1988/1992) and three World Championships (1989, 1991, 1993). He won relay bronzes at the 1988 Olympics (with Václav Korunka, Pavel Benc and Ladislav Švanda) and at the 1989 World Championships (with Korunka, Švanda and Martin Petrásek). His best individual finish at those tournaments was sixth in 50 km at the 1992 Olympics. His best finish on the World Cup circuit was also sixth in 30 km in Thunder Bay in December 1991 and his best overall standings were 23rd in both the 1988-89 and 1991-92 season. Nyč finished his sporting career after he was not selected to the Czech Republic 1994 Olympic team and he later established a sport goods trading company Nyč Sport in Liberec.
