Pierre Lebréton played singles and doubles at the 1900 Olympics, losing in the first round of both events. He played doubles with Paul Lecaron. Lebréton was French doubles champion in 1897 and 1899-1900, playing each year with Paul d’Aymé, the French singles champion in 1897-1900. Lebréton was runner-up to d’Aymé at the 1899 French Championships, and lost the final again in 1901 to André Vacherot. Lebréton never managed a major singles title, but was runner-up at the Paris International in 1901-02, the 1901 European Championship, and the 1901 Boulogne Invitational.
