Capping off a successful Olympics for Uzbekistan boxing, Abdumalik Khalokov won gold in the men’s 57kg with a victory by points over Munarbek Seiitbek Uulu from Kyrgyzstan.
Earlier this week, Charlie Senior from Australia and Javier Ibanez Diaz from Bulgaria earned bronzes after losing in the semi-finals to today’s finalists.

Uzbekistan’s Abdumalik Khalokov wins boxing 57kg gold

Uzbekistan’s Abdumalik Khalokov won on points, 5-0, over Australia’s Charlie Senior at the Olympic Games Paris 2024, meaning Senior wins the bronze medal at 57kg. Kyrgyzstan’s Munarbek Seiitbek Uulu won a split decision, 4-1, over Bulgaria’s Javier Ibanez Diaz, giving Diaz the bronze medal.

The Men's 57kg Final Bout took place on 10/08/2024 at Roland Garros, Paris. The Gold medal went to Abdumalik Khalokov (UZB) with a 5:0 Win on Points against Munarbek Seiitbek Uulu (KYR). The Bronze medals were awarded to Javier Ibanez Diaz (BUL) and Charlie Senior (AUS).
