Miroslav Poljak was a Croatian water polo who spent 16 years playing in Mladost, where he won four European Championships (1967-69, 1971), four Yugoslavian titles (1962, 1967, 1969, 1971), and three Yugoslav winter titles (1961-62, 1964). In 2009 he was awarded the Order of Croatian Danica for his contributions to sport and in 2010 he was given a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Croatian Olympic Committee.
