Denmark's Anne-Marie Rindom had cruised to Olympic gold at today's women's one person dinghy laser radial event at Enoshima Yacht Harbour.
Despite finishing at seventh in the medal race, the Danish had sailed away with 78 net points in total to clinch gold in her second Olympic Games.

The day's sailing gets underway at 12.00 pm (local) with further heats of the Finn Men and Foiling Nacra 17 Mixed, as well as the 470 men and women's events. It also features the medal races for the Laser Men and Laser Radial Women.
