Jody Campbell was a hole player who played water polo for Stanford, making All-American three times (1979-81) and leading them to three NCAA titles in 1978 and 1980-81. Campbell competed at the 1984 and 1988 Olympics, winning two silver medals, also having been named to the 1980 team. Campbell was a member of the US national team from 1978-88. He won two gold medals at the Pan American Games, in 1983 and 1987, and won a silver in the 1979 World Cup. Campbell was inducted into the USA Water Polo Hall of Fame in 1994. He has worked as a real estate developer. His wife, Kari, played volleyball at Stanford and later trained exotic animals for Hollywood.
