Franck LE NORMAND

Franck Le Normand had a short career as a cyclist. In addition to his 1952 Olympic appearance in the sprint and tandem sprint, he placed third in the 1951 French sprint championships. After the Olympics, he placed 38th in the Nice-Mont Agel road race.
