André Prévost played singles and doubles at the 1900 Olympics, winning a bronze medal in doubles alongside Guy de la Chapelle. Prévost was runner-up to Paul d’Aymé in the 1900 French singles championships. Although from Reims, he died at his home in Paris at 36, rue de Lubeck in February 1919. Prévost worked as a wool merchant.
