Juan Carlos ROSERO

Juan Carlos Rosero was known as “The Condor of the Andes” for his climbing ability. It enabled him to win the Tour of Ecuador three times, in 1986, 1989, and 1992. In 1991 he placed second in that race and the Tour of Tachira.
