Frederick Robert PITTS

Frederick Pitts was an officer in the US Army when he competed in the 1924 modern pentathlon. Pitts graduated from the US Military Academy in 1920, and joined the cavalry as a second lieutenant. He became a career officer, retiring as a colonel.
