Draga Stamejčič was a Slovenian who competed in athletics for Yugoslavia. In September 1964 she equalled the world record for the 80 metre hurdles, running 10.5 seconds in Celje. She competed in the high hurdles at the 1960 Roma Olympics, and also competed at the 1964 Olympics, placing fifth in the pentathlon, and making the final of the 80 hurdles. She was world ranked that year for the only time in both the 80 metre hurdles (#9) and the pentathlon (#5).

During her career Stamejčič set over 100 Yugoslav or Slovenian records in the pentathlon, high jump, long jump, high hurdles, and 100 and 200 metres. She was Yugoslav champion in the high hurdles in 1960, 1962, and 1964, and in the pentathlon in 1962-63. Stamejčič was twice named Yugoslavian Athlete-of-the-Year, in 1959 and 1964. She received the Bloudek Award in 1985 and is a member of the Slovenian Athletic Hall of Fame.
