After winning medals at the 1952 and 1956 Olympics as Paula Myers, Mrs. Myers-Pope won two more Olympic medals in 1960 when she finished as runner-up to the East German, Ingrid Krämer-Engel, in both the springboard and the platform. Paula Myers-Pope was a fine all-round diver, winning 11 AAU titles, and she was a double champion at the 1959 Pan American Games. She graduated from Southern Cal in 1957 and later trained at the Sammy Lee Swim Club. She and her husband later ran the Ojai Valley Racquet Club.
