Wayne SEYBOLD

Wayne Seybold competed in pairs alongside his sister, Kim Seybold. Together they finished second at the US Championships in 1985 and 1989, and third in 1986 and 1988. They competed at four World Championships, finishing eighth in 1986 and 1989, ninth in 1985, and 10th in 1988. Wayne Seybold studied at Indiana Wesleyan University. After retiring from skating he returned to his hometown of Marion, Indiana, where he started a political career, initially serving on the city council. Seybold was elected mayor in 2003, and was re-elected in 2007.
