Hugo BARTH

Hugo Barth was an administrative officer. In the year of his Olympic appearance he was German decathlon champion as well. He finished eleventh in the Olympic decathlon at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympic Games. His son Horst (b. 1942) later became a triple jumper.
