Christine SCHEIBLICH

Christine Hahn-Scheiblich was the first greatest female sculler. She won the initial Olympic gold medal in women's sculling in 1976 at Montreal. She also won the first four world championships in single sculls, those titles coming in 1974, 1975, 1977, and 1978.
