Edward Francis GLEASON

Edward Gleason was a well-known trapshooter on Cape Cod, but he was better known as one of the area’s top surgeons. He attended the University of Vermont Medical School, after which he interned at Boston City Hospital and then studied surgery in Europe at the University of Vienna. He returned to practice in Boston for a short time but later settled in his hometown of Hyannis.
