Biografía

Ken Shelley skated pairs with JoJo Starbuck. The pair placed third at the 1968 US Championships, which qualified them for the 1968 Winter Olympics, and the World Championships, where they finished 11th. In 1969 they moved up to second at the US Championships, but they won the title in 1970, 1971, and 1972. At the Worlds, Starbuck and Shelley won bronze medals in 1971 and 1972. They later competed together in professional skating and in ice shows, notably the Ice Capades. Shelley was inducted into the US Figure Skating Hall of Fame in 1994.
