Arthur F. ANDREWS

Arthur Andrews was from Indianapolis and was best known as a distance rider. In the 25 mile race, he took the lead with two laps to go, but could not hold it and was outsprinted on the last straight. Andrews also competed in the ¼-mile and the ½-mile races, being eliminated both times in the heats.
