Annabelle McIntyre, Jessica Morrison and Lucy Stephan, three members of the Tokyo 2020 gold medal-winning women’s coxless four team, will be among the returning lot. McIntyre and Morrison will crew up for the women’s pair event while Lucy Stephan will line up for the women’s eight.

Alexander Hill, who was the fourth member of the Tokyo 2020 gold medal-winning team along with the other three, will be in charge of retaining the men’s fours crown along with Fergus Hamilton, Tim Masters and Jack Robertson.
Harriet Hudson, Tokyo 2020 bronze medallist in quadruple sculls, will return for her second Games, this time in the double sculls.
The Australian rowing team will head to Paris on the back of a sensational showing at the Rowing World Cup III in Poland, where they claimed 11 medals in 13 events, including six golds.
Rowing has been a part of the Olympics since Paris 1900 while Australia first competed in the sport at Stockholm 1912. Aussie rowers have been a regular fixture in the Olympics since Paris 1924 and Paris 2024 will mark 100 years of Australian rowing’s continuous participation in the Olympic rowing regatta.
Australian rowers have won 44 Olympic medals - 13 gold, 15 silver and 16 bronze - so far. Of these, two gold and two bronze medals came at Tokyo 2020.
