个人信息

Skier Gerry Rinaldi joined the Canadian National Team in 1963 and made his most notable international appearance five years later, when he finished 31st in the downhill event at the 1968 Winter Olympics. One year later he had his best international finish, 10th, at Austria’s Hahnenkamm Downhill Race, which was at the time the best-ever placement in the event by a Canadian. Outside of skiing he also golfed and played baseball and, while training, worked at father’s plumbing and heating business. After retiring from tournament competition, he remained active in other aspects of the sport and served the International Ski Federation in a variety of capacities, including as a Technical Delegate from 1989 through 2014.
