He was head coach of the Canadian national wheelchair rugby team from 2009 to 2016. He was a US national coach for wheelchair racing from 2005 to 2008. He has also served as head coach of the US wheelchair rugby team from 2001 to 2004. He served as a commissioner of the United States Quad Rugby Association [USQR] from 2000 to 2001, and vice president of the organisation from 2002 to 2005. He also coached Lakeshore Demolition wheelchair rugby team from 1992 to 2009.

CLUB FOUNDER
In 1989 he began volunteer coaching for the University of Illinois wheelchair rugby team in the United States of America. A year later he founded his own team called the Lakeshore Demolition in Alabama and in 1996 he founded the Lakeshore Demolition Derby tournament. DOCUMENTARY
