"Weightlifting is a non stop research of technical perfection, even if everybody knows it is not possible to achieve that. It's a constant fight not only against the weight you're lifting but also against yourself to be better than you were yesterday and to have the mindset to lift a heavier weight. Weightlifting can be really frustrating when things are just not working, but at the same time that's what makes this sport so fascinating." (weightliftingcanada.ca, 01 Apr 2020)
