With the final of the Jumping Individual event to be decided, here’s everything you need to know about the tenth day of the Olympic Equestrian competition at Tokyo 2020 on 4 August 2021.
It's the tenth day of the equestrian competition at Tokyo 2020 and the action starts at 19:00 (local time) at the Equestrian Park in Tokyo with gold, silver and bronze medals up for grabs in the Jumping Individual event.
Who should I expect to see?
Sweden's Peder Fredricson (riding All In) will be hoping to go one better than Rio 2016 where he took silver behind Great Britain's Nick Skelton in a jump-off for the individual gold in the event. It will be a tough challenge, though, as Germany's Daniel Deusser, ranked number one in the world, will go in to the event as favourite for gold.
He will compete on Killer Queen in Tokyo after leap-frogging Switzerland's Steve Guerdat to the top of the rankings. It will be Deusser's second Games and he won a Team bronze in Rio 2016.
