Tokyo 2020 Partner Houses

Partner Houses: Experience new!
During Games-time, the city will have some "Partner Houses", offering a unique opportunity for people to experience different cultures and themes.

What are Partner Houses?:
Located near Tokyo’s iconic landmarks, Partner Houses of countries, National Olympic Committees, National Paralympic Committees etc. will each give unique cultural experience and opportunities to discover something new and unlike any other. Check out the Houses to learn about what they offer.

Tokyo 2020 requests all the Games Stakeholders who organise Partner Houses to operate their Houses following the measures stated in the Partner House guidelines, Playbooks, and guidelines on the event restrictions implemented by the government of Japan and Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Basic policy:

  • Avoiding closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings
  • Prevention of infection by droplets and contact infection
  • Thorough disinfection
  • Thorough health management
