Together with non-Olympian Iorgu Arsenie, Tiţă Rădulescu was one of two Romanian bobsledders who travelled to Chamonix in 1924 together with Râmnicu Vâlcea, who had prepared the team. They started successfully in a few pre-Olympic races, but were not allowed to compete, because the rules required a minimum of four competitors from the same country. Rădulescu then competed in 1928 and 1936, although with modest success. He won his last Romanian Championships in the 1950s.
