Museum of Sports and Tourism - Warsaw

The museum contains extensive collections of memorabilia about Polish sporting history, with more than 46,000 artefacts including trophies, sports equipment, travel accessories and other souvenirs linked with the leading figures in Polish sport.

The permanent exhibition focuses on the history of sport, featuring more than 30 different disciplines and outstanding exhibits from Poland’s traditional sports (gymnastics, sailing, cycling and skating).

Since it first opened, the Museum of Sports and Tourism has prepared and housed some 150 temporary exhibitions. It also carries out educational activities for school pupils and students, and organises meetings with athletes, artists and sports journalists.
