She continued to impress the following year, playing in the FIBA U18 Women's Asian Championship and the U19 Women's World Cup.

The center's star talent was recognised internationally at 2018 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup in Tenerife, Spain. During the group stages, she scored an impressive team-high of 20 points in a 100-88 defeat to eventual champions USA. And after China's quarter-final exit to Australia, Han stood out with 12 points and nine rebounds in the classification win over Canada with the team going on take sixth place.

Four years later, Han was pivotal as China reached the final for the first time since 1994. While she could not prevent her team going down to the United States in the final, Han earned a place in the All-Tournament First Team alongside American stars Breanna Stewart and A'ja Wilson.

At the 2023 Asia Cup in Australia, Han led all players in points, rebounds and blocks and was named Tournament MVP as China beat Japan in the final. And at the Hangzhou Asian Games that October, China again defeated their main continental rivals to take gold with Han scoring 10 points in a 74-72 triumph.
