Fernando Dayan JORGE ENRIQUEZ

Fernando learned canoeing from his father when he was 10 years old. He left his home country in 2022 and settled in Mexico. What followed was a challenging period where he had to work and train, under difficult conditions.

Fernando is now based in Florida and trains daily in a canal near where he lives, with the support of his coach Alain. He defines himself as an athlete and athlete only. He was part of the Refugee Olympic Team at the Olympic Games Paris 2024.
