Biografia

Monégasque Michel Ravarino took part in 1928 in the Art competitions in the architecture category, and in 1936, 1948 and 1960 he competed at the Olympics as a sports shooter in rapid-fire pistol and small-bore rifle events. In 1978 Ravarino received the Olympic Order in bronze. An architect, he drew up the plans for the Rainier III shooting range in Monaco. He was admitted to the École des Beaux-Arts in 1926 and graduated in 1931 with the design of a museum for local antiques. He then worked in Monaco and became a member of S.A.D.G. (Société des architectes diplômés du gouvernement) in 1932. In 1938 he became President of the national shooting federation, and he was a member of the Monégasque NOC.
